A big party with a small budget…. sound familiar? How do you get the biggest bang for you buck? With a vivid imagination and some glitter, anything is possible…

    OBJECTIVE: With a limited budget, create dynamic decorations for a Mardi Gras celebration.

    SOLUTION: Create huge colorful Mardi Gras masks and weave together a multitude of elements including, spray painted Manzanita branches and swagged colorful fabric to create a powerful themed environment.
