THE EVOLUTION OF THE “SNICKERPOODLE”

    With her passion for theater and costume design, Elizabeth joined gal pals along with her husband (it was in the prenuptial agreement) to create “Cirque de Chien”, an entertainment troupe. This pack of feisty French poodles performed at social events, club openings and events throughout the Bay Area before hanging up their tails.

    Elizabeth was inspired to take her poodle one step further and create a poodle cookie. Hence, the Snickerdoodle cookie evolved into the “SnickerPoodle.” Today, Fifi continues to delight the world as a whimsical and buttery creation. Her bark is every bit as delicious as her bite!
